Instructions

First-Time Users: Please create an account. Once you have registered and created a profile, log in and click "New Response" to submit a new request.

Returning Users: Please log in using an existing username/email address and password. Once logged in, click "New Response" to submit a new request or click "Edit Response" to return to an existing questionnaire.

Proposal Submission: Please submit the proposal at least 120 days prior to the event for consideration. Complete all of the required questions (denoted by a red asterisk *) in the questionnaire. Click "Save" to return later if the questionnaire is not complete. Click "Submit" when the questionnaire is complete.

Please note: Once a proposal is submitted, it can no longer be edited.

Review Process: All proposals will be reviewed within four (4) weeks of submission. Submitters may log in and check the status of a submission throughout the process.
